I find the sessions really relaxing and always come away with something new I’ve become aware of in my physiology and how different parts of my body relate to each other. It’s a great way to be mindful, slow down and get some practical insights to help improve posture and even reduce pain all at once. I also really like having the online option - much easier to commit to classes when you don’t have to worry about transport etc.

Studying for exams, Eva noticed her body becoming tense, her muscles tightening and her shoulders becoming rounded. The sessions with Sue helped her more intuitively re-connect with her body..... Through a slowing down and reflecting on her movement, Eva has re-learned how to use her body, experiencing differences in how she holds herself.

Sue used Feldenkrais lessons to fix my shoulder injury which had eluded treatment for years. Along the way I learned to kayak with more power, and my Aikido improved beyond recognition" - Conrad Edwards

Sue's classes have helped me recover from two frozen shoulders, but more than that I’m still surprised by the body/brain/mind awareness that develops from Sue’s guided non-habitual movement exercises. And so relaxing!

It was wonderful to experience one on one sessions. My body was expertly guided through various movements, very relaxing. The difference in my posture was very noticeable.
